Breast Health Awareness and Co-payment Mammography Screening Programme (Supported by The Community Chest)

According to latest figures published by Hong Kong Cancer Registry, on average, about 14 women are diagnosed with breast cancer every day. Over 90% diagnosed women aged 40 or above. The older you get, the higher is the chance of having breast cancer.

 

Early detection saves lives. The HKBCF is much honored to receive support of The Community Chest in Hong Kong in launching a 3-year Co-payment Mammography Screening Programme.  Eligible applicants need to pay HK$900 only to undertake 2D mammography screening：

 

Eligibility Criteria:

1.  Women 40 years old or above, and
2. HKID card holder, and
3. Women at high risk or with early symptoms of breast cancer, and
4. Satisfy the below tabulated income limits:
